Orders

Order Processing Time: Kindly allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Notifications: Please check your spam or junk folder for the order confirmation and any other emails we may send to you. Sometimes, our emails may be filtered incorrectly.

Spare Part Orders

Spare parts ship via FedEx once a week, please allow a few extra days for processing, shipment, and delivery.

All replacement part sales are final and non-returnable, non-refundable. We will not be able to take back any parts purchased by mistake.

Tax Exempt

To place a tax-exempt order, you will first need to create an account with us. Once your account is set up, please contact our customer service team and provide a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Our team will review your documentation and provide further instruction on how to place an order and work with you to ensure your order is processed correctly.


Shipping

Currently we only ship within the United States of America and charge a flat fee of USD $15.00.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. To ensure a smooth delivery, kindly provide a physical address as your shipping address.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for any products showing signs of use/wear. We do not accept returns for orders over 30 days. All replacement part sales are final and non-refundable and stated on the product page.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

ZEISS Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty and Transferable Five-Year No-Fault Policy

At ZEISS North America we back your Sports Optics purchase with a limited lifetime warranty as well as a 5-year no-fault policy – both fully transferable.

The warranty protects against defects in workmanship and materials in the Optical System for the life of the product, and in electronic components for five years from the date of purchase. Components and accessories (such as lens caps) are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. If a ZEISS product has a defect covered by this warranty, we will either repair it, or replace it, with a new or reconditioned ZEISS product of comparable specifications. Please note that certain specialty products (such as stabilized binoculars and DTI thermal scopes) have shorter warranty periods. ZEISS understands that accidents happen, so in addition to the limited lifetime warranty, we offer the added protection of our transferable Five-Year No-Fault Policy on select Victory and Conquest products. If you accidently damage your product during normal and intended use within the first five years of the life of the product, we will either repair it, or replace it, at no cost to you.

ZEISS DTI Thermal Imaging Cameras Warranty

ZEISS grants a minimum warranty period of two years from the date of purchase for the ZEISS DTI Thermal Imaging Camera. The DTI 3/25 and 3/35 are also eligible to have the warranty extended by one year, for a total of three years, if the buyer registers the product via ZEISS Online Registration within four weeks of the purchase date.
